How do I place an order?
The best way to place a rentals order is right here! Simply head over to the Rentals Catalogue and take note of which pieces you're interested in. Fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page so I can get all your info, and I'll be in touch with product availability and an invoice if you're ready to book it in!
What are the payment terms?
To reserve your rental items, we take a 50% non-refundable retainer. The final payment, plus taxes, is due 15 days prior to your wedding and payments can be taken via cash, e-transfer, or cheque. We need all final confirmations made at least 16 days prior to your wedding. We also require a credit card to be left on file (stored securely) to pay for any damages post-wedding.
How and when do I pick up?
Pick ups and returns are from our studio in East St Paul. Pick ups are scheduled on Thursday mornings, and returns are scheduled on Tuesday mornings.
Do you include delivery and setup?
Unfortunately, no. Unless we're also taking care of your wedding florals, our schedule simply doesn't allow for deliveries and setups.
What happens if I break or lose something?
Accidents happen, and I get that! We do need to make sure that we can still meet the needs of other clients who have rented our items. If missing items cannot be found within 48 hours of your specified return date, replacement fees will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. If any items can be located within one week of your specified return date, you will be refunded for that item. No refunds will be offered after one week, as we will be purchasing a replacement right away. Items that are considered broken, damaged, or un-rentable by Stone House Creative standards will be charged at full replacement value. Replacement fees vary by item and are dependent on the value of the item itself, shipping costs, and out ability to resource and restock it.
